Approvals

Although some of approvals are prepared and obtained during design stage, we will address them outside of Design Services that are described in more detail on a separate web page.

For projects with environmental impact component, we prepare Class Environmental Assessment, including consultation with agencies, public meetings and presentations, as required to obtain necessary approvals from MOE.

On the recent projects we worked with MOE, TRCA, City of Toronto, City of Mississauga,  City of Vaughan, Region of Peel, Region of York and other jurisdictions

Planning

During planning stage we assist our clients in making best decisions about future of their projects by providing input about regulatory requirements and site restrictions. Some of the regulatory requirements that we deal with are the following:

• Re-zoning,
• minor variances
• permitting,
• purchase of land,
• development of financial plans for capital developments, etc.

In addition to early planning, our professionals work with our clients in developing alternative solutions and conceptual design for a preferred solution that lead into final design stage.
